How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered by DPD. The delivery person can offer your order to a delivery address of your choice. If no one is present, the order will be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a message stating the house number to which the package has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors is not successful, the delivery person will try a second time at a later time. If the delivery of the order is ultimately not possible, it will be taken to a collection center in your area.
Can I pick up my order somewhere?
Unfortunately it is currently not possible to pick up the package. We are working on this to realize this in the future.
I have not received a shipping confirmation, what now?
Please contact our customer service . We then identify the problem and immediately look for a solution.
My Track & Trace code does not work, what now?
The Track & Trace code of the package only works after the package has been scanned at DPD in the distribution center. In most cases, this only happens after 9 p.m. It is also possible that the Track & Trace code only works after 08:00 the next morning.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders of € 40 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
For orders under € 40,- we charge € 3.95 shipping costs
Orders of € 55 or more are shipped free of charge within Belgium.
For orders under € 55,- we charge € 7.95 shipping costs
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can then return the package at your own expense within fourteen days using the return form . We only accept unopened products in original condition and packaging. After receiving the product, we make every effort to refund the money as soon as possible. We also recommend that you keep the proof of shipment and present it if necessary. If there are any ambiguities or if you would like more information, please contact customer service .
I have received a damaged or incomplete product, what now?
Despite the fact that we make every effort to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with the order. We ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.
How can I return an item?
Always return the complete item (including any packaging, labels and/or accessories) including a completed return form . Pack the item you wish to return in sturdy packaging and ensure sufficient postage. For example, you can use the box in which the order was delivered. We recommend that you keep the shipping label with Track and Trace and present it if necessary. After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
When can I expect my money back?
After we have received the product back, you can expect the money in your account within 10 working days.
