How will my order be delivered? All orders are delivered by PostNL, DPD or UPS. Delivered during the day, so all attempts are between 8am-6pm. The delivery person can offer your order at a delivery address of your choice. If no one is present, the order will be delivered to the neighbours. You will receive a message stating the house number to which the package was delivered. If delivery to the neighbours is not possible, the delivery person will try again at a later time. If it is still not successful, Postnl will bring it to a parcel point nearby. The package will remain there for a week, after which it will be the package returned and we will refund the money and only charge the shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order somewhere? Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to collect the package.

I have not received a shipping confirmation, what now? Please contact our customer serviceWe will then identify the problem and immediately look for a solution.

My Track & Trace code does not work, what now? You will receive a track and trace code from us. If this does not work, please contact us.

Returns

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase and would you like to use your right of withdrawal? No problem! This is possible within 30 days after receiving your order. You can do this by sending a withdrawal form or by sending an e-mail or other means of communication. After you have indicated this, you have 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

Please note: If a package is not collected from the collection point or access point and is returned to us, a return fee of €5.95 will be charged.

After receiving the returned product, we will do our best to refund the amount to your account within 14 days. We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment and present it to us if necessary.

I received a damaged or incomplete product, what now? Despite the fact that we do everything in our power to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with the order. We ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.

How can I return an item? Always send the complete article (including any packaging, labels and/or accessories) including a completed return form return. Pack the item you want to return in sturdy packaging and ensure sufficient postage. For example, you can use the box in which the order was delivered. We recommend that you keep the shipping label with Track and Trace and present it if necessary. After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. We will keep you informed of this by e-mail.

When can I expect my money back? After we have received the product back, you can expect the money in your account within 10 working days.
