How will my order be delivered? All orders are delivered by PostNL & UPS.Delivered during the day, so all attempts are between 08.00-18.00h. The delivery person can deliver your order to a delivery address of your choice. If no one is present, the order will be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a message stating to which house number the package was delivered. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the delivery person will try a second time at a later time. If it still doesn't work, Postnl will deliver it to a parcel point nearby. The package will remain here for a week, after which the package will be returned and we will return the money and only charge the shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order somewhere? Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pick up the package.

I have not received a shipping confirmation, what now? Please contact our customer service. We will then determine the problem and immediately look for a solution.

My Track & Trace code is not working, what now? You will receive a track and trace code from us. If this does not work, please contact us.

Return

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? And do you want to use your right of withdrawal? This is possible.You must do this within a period of within 30 days using a right of withdrawal form or via another means of communication such as communicated to us by e-mail to make. After you have informed us, you have 14 days to return it.You will return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. You must also return the package at your own expense. After receiving the product, we will do everything we can to refund the money to your account within 14 days. We also recommend that you keep the proof of shipment and present it if necessary. If anything is unclear or if you would like more information, please contact customer service.


I have received a damaged or incomplete product, what now? Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, complete and on time, it may happen that something is wrong is with the order. We ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.

How can I return an item? Always return the complete item (including any packaging, labels and/or accessories) including a completed return form. Pack the item you want to return in sturdy packaging and ensure there is sufficient postage. For example, you can use the box in which the order was delivered. We recommend that you keep the shipping label with Track and Trace and present it if necessary. After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. We will keep you informed of this by email.

When can I expect my money back? After we have received the product back, you can expect the money to be in your account within 10 working days.
