Shipping and returns


How will my order be delivered? All orders are delivered by Instabox. Instabox only delivers in the evening, so all attempts are between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM. The delivery person can offer your order to a delivery address of your choice. If no one is present, the order will be delivered to the neighbours. You will receive a message stating the house number to which the package has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the delivery person will try a second time at a later time. If it still didn't work, Instabox will try to deliver it a third time. After three times the package will be returned and we will return the money and only charge the shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order somewhere? Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pick up the package.

I have not received a shipping confirmation, what now? Please contact our customer service . We will then identify the problem and immediately look for a solution.

My Track & Trace code does not work, what now? The Track & The package trace code only works after the package has been scanned at INSTABOX in the distribution center. In most cases, this does not happen until after 10:00 am the following morning. It may also be that the Track & Trace code only works the next morning after 11:00 AM.


Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? And do you want to use your right of withdrawal. This is possible. You must do this within a period of within 30 days by means of a right of withdrawal form or to inform us by another means of communication, such as by e-mail. After you have made it known to us, you have 14 days to return it. You will return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. You must also return the package at your own expense. After receiving the product, we will do everything we can to refund the money to your account within 14 days. We also recommend that you keep the proof of postage and submit it if necessary. If anything is unclear or if you would like more information, please contact customer service.

I have received a damaged or incomplete product, what now? Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something wrong with the order. We ask you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.

How can I return an item? Always send the complete item (including any packaging, labels and/or accessories) including a completed return form back. Pack the item you want to return in a sturdy package and make sure you have sufficient postage. You can use the box in which the order was delivered, for example. We recommend to keep the shipping label with Track and Trace and to present it if necessary.After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.We will keep you informed by e-mail.
